Mid City

Mid City is the most diverse area in the parish. Residents gather for events, such as White Light Night, Mid City Makers Market and pop-up concerts at people’s homes. The area is built-up and prices for housing are slowly rising. New businesses are moving onto a reinvented Government Street. Redevelopment has started moving north toward Florida Boulevard.
